dc.description.abstract | This is an empirical Study that examines the ways people working in different organization in Bangladesh experience conflict between their work and family responsibilities. Work-Family Conflict (WFC) Scores of the respondents were measured by using the modified inventory of WFC developed by Kopelmanet.al (1983).It was found that an overwhelming majority of the respondents experienced moderate or high level of WFC. It was also found that the respondents did not differ significantly among themselves in perceiving WFC in terms of most of the demographic and other external variables. It was only in relation to the number of dependents and occupational status of their spouses that they differed significantly from one another. | en_US |
