dc.description.abstract Consumers are the nucleus of all marketing activities as they dictate the market mechanism. However the consumers in developing countries are deprived of their basic rights because of unawareness of their fundamental responsibilities. In this paper we have considereal the rights and responsibilities of the consumers as per some established guidelines and discussed them in the context of Bangladesh, and then recommended an integrated protection framework to preserve consumers' rights and responsibilities. en_US
